i have a 94 teg RS with 205/50/15 - i am planning on lowering my car with either the H&R or Neuspeed sport springs (1.5 - 1.8 drop) would i have any problems with my tire rubbing since they are significantly bigger than stock?? thanks

 

your tires are only a tiny big wider and the sidewalls are shorter than stock. with a relatively mild drop like that, you won't have a problem. I have 205/40/17s with a 2 inch drop......can't even fit your pinky finger in the wheel gap.......and I very very very very very rarely rub.

 

leslie - i thought you had the neuspeed sport w/ AGX?? the sports gave you a 2'' drop? do you scrape at all?

 

It should not be a problem... I did a 1.5" drop on my teg with about the same size tires and it gave about 3/4-1" room.

Yes I have the Neuspeed Sports, and yes, much to my dismay and disliking, they dropped the car a full 2" front and rear. I will occasionally scrape on a very steep curb or driveway or something, but only if I don't, or can't angle it enough.
