Default question about tranny swap?

hey i know alotta people think this is a wate of time and money, maybe it is...i dunno. newayz i just wanted to know if anyone out there has any info or know anyone that does this kinda work. all info is greatly appreciated.

me and my friend can do a tranny swap on a honda in about 2 hours. weve done it to my car like 5 times

im sorry i need to clarify more. i want to put a 5spd tranny in a auto dx. in other words i want a auto to manual conversion. any info would be appreciated.

its a 93 honda civic dx, im looking for an auto to amn. tranny swap but if cheap enough full engine and tranny swap

unless you have a lot of money tied up in your dx i'd sell it in favor of a manual. a lot of work is required to make the switch and its just not worth the time and energy.

Im also in need of a auto to manual conversion. I've got a '99 Civic HB.

Do you guys think it can be done for around 1k? And no I won't sell it and buy a manual.

I don't know about you but I consider the hassle of selling and buying another car more so than doing a tranny swap.
