I didn't see any cry babies, all I'm seeing is . . . well I won't stoop there.
Besides, you can't argure with facts, and that's *all* I'm providing.
response to jeff and his link:
All those "lies" you pointed out were words that I heard from the people I deal with each day, i cannot help if someone else is lying to me. I told you i didnt have a work number? I dont know how you can call a person then without having a number, being my cell phone, to call me at.
I told you from the start that it was going to take sometime to find this swap, and before you ever sent any money as well. after looking for a accord type R for nearly a month, we LOCATED a type S motor. when i spoke to you, it seemed that you still wanted the search for the accord type R motor, but explained that the Type S was the exact same thing anyway. At that point the motor was sent to my distributors to be prepped, etc. We then had the discussion that the Xrate changed and i wanted to see if it would balance out a little before i sent it, main reason being that i gave you a $200 discount over the price of a normal type S swap, which lengthened it by about 2 weeks, which i said i was going to refund when i got the bill of loading (which you even stated on your site) which i still havent recieved. if you want it sent now and before that, its not a problem.
also about the lack of communication, i could call everyday if you wanted me to, but id be telling you the same thing everyday. "its on the way to my distributor", "its being prepped" . I updated you as i was updated, if you wanted me to call multiple times to tell you the same thing, sure, i could have done that. But you didnt tell me til a week ago that there was a lack of communication.
Next you organize people to come over to my house to 'pay me a visit', which seems very illegal......... What was the need for that? none, you asked me to call you before monday, and I did. I took 1.5 days off to go autocross, and then called you BEFORE monday (believe it was about 930 your time). I got your voicemail (as usual) and told you to call me back at the number i called you from (being that cell phones have caller ID) and that my phone was still at cingular. I then picked up my phone on my way home and then talked to jeff 1 hr later, 1030am my time. I then explained that i had not slept in 2 days, was going to go to sleep for a few hours and then call my distributor about the order, I did, and then called you back that night, and got your voicemail again. You then incorrectly quote me, when i said "seemed like everything is straight now with the swap, andrew told me that you talked and it seemed cool, if you have any other questions, feel free to call me back", did you? no.
i know you pay attention to detail, which is why you have all the saved conversations and such, so im assuming that you read my entire site from top to bottom, and also read my customer quotes, when a lot of them basically say, "the swap does take some time to get here, but is well worth the wait". Well we will see if there is a change of heart when the swap comes in and you see it and find that all my quotes were true, maybe then you wont hate on my company so much.
so all and all, with the exchange rate and nearly a month searching for another ATR (which i STRONGLY stated) aside, the swap is on time.

So you are saying that you placed the order long before July 16th? Wow maybe Andrew is lying then.
I dunno, but right now I'm inclined to favor his word over yours. Sorry.
I was speaking specifically about your home phone number. Please notice that you did not provide it on 6.29 whne I asked more than once, and specifically stated you did not have one. Then later you left it on my VM (I worte it down wrong, shame on me).
Your lying again right here bacuase you emailed me back on May 21st stating you had a 97 S in stock then! You didn't know it was I that had also emailed you in addition to calling you about a motor, did you?
You gave me the $200 discount because the 97 had more mileage than we initially agreed on. Did you forget that too? I sure didn't.
The communication issue is you should have called me at least once a week, yeah even if there was nothing new to report. That's called customer service. Here;s one specific example of when you should have called me, but didn't. We agreed I would get a bill of lading and a check for $200, (edit) I heard nothing untill July 19th when this blew up. You should have caled me long before the 19th with some sort of update, even if it was to reset my expoectations. But you didn't call me. (/edit)
No one was gonna greak your legs or anything, trust me I'm not that cool or connected. But when I keep leaving messages and get nothing back, I'm going to start looking at other methods of getting a hold of you.
Ok I don't have the voicemail anymore, but since you seem to remember that conversation better than I, I will recind and edit my comments. Your tone certianly wans't helpful to say the least.
Why in our phone coversation did you say the exchange rate delay was only 12.5-2 weeks, and now it's a month?
I will defielty be happy with the motor, but I will never be happy with the service you provided. I'm sorry but that's not going to change, ever.
Oh, and where's my $200.00? you mail it yet?

if you want me to mail the 200 now, fine, ill go to the post office tomorrow, it was suppose to be after i confirmed it with the bill of loading, but if you want it now, fine. sorry if my 'tone' didnt help, after hearing that you posted my address on that site, i was quite upset.
the 200 discount was not due to mileage (it has 28k) it was due to the fact that you were going to do a review about the swap on hybrid.honda and that if you could mention the site in the review, that i would offer a discount.
the motor WAS ordered before hand. when i call andrew, i tell him i need to have a type S started to be prepped, and then later when i send the amount, i include the complete address, so yes, it was ordered to be prepped about 3 weeks ago, that andrew will also tell you.
if you still want me to call u once a week to tell you what is going on, thats fine, i dont have a problem with that. i guess i just got use to giving information to my customers as it came, which seemed to be fine for the rest.
