i just picked up a carbonfiber duckbill for my eg hatch. on the top it goes smooth with the body but on the side it like a good inch higher. i wanna know if you can reshape a carbon fiber duckbill to make it smooth with the side like bring that inch down

 

You can cut and thats about it.
CF is brittle. Bend it too much and it cracks.
Just be careful, as the dust will cut the inside of your lungs to shreds.
