radiator help!

radiator help!
alright so my radiator fan has not been working for a while, the fan motor still works i checked it on the battery and i replaced the relay under hood, that didnt work and the only thing else i can think of is the internal fuse box but i dont think there is a fuse there for the cooling fan. the car is a 98 D16Y8 EJ8 civic. ANY IDEAS?

fan/thermo switch..located on your thermostat housing
