Default FPR install problems

I got an aftermarket FPR and tried to install it but there was a leak. I tried to take it apart and do it again, but something was still wrong. My car is not driveable, so if anybody can come and help me, I live in the Tarpon Springs/Palm Harbor area. I can't put my stock FPR back on either because it had to be cut in order to put on the aftermarket. If anybody has any ideas, please contact me asap via PM, E-mail, or my cell 727-992-8993. Thanks.

Was it a B&M FPR. If so, you might as well go buy a new FPR. My friend installed or tried to install that FPR and it does't clamp down tight enough. There directions tell you to cut around the side of the FPR. But the only way to get that to work is to just cut off the Hat part of it. That way you have more to clamp on to. So if you cut around the side, your gunna need a new one. They cost around 90-100 dollars. And the aem complete FPR is around 180-200 dollars. But don't quote me on that. Well, that's my 2 cents.........

Like Jorge said I had the stupid Aerospeed FPR. I didn't know it was Aerospeed until I got the thing. I tried to take it apart and the allan screw stripped. I went and picked up an AEM from someone in Pasco.

Ok. If anybody knows how to install an AEM universal FPR, I could use some help. It looks a little difficult and the instructions don't really help that much. I mean, the thing is pretty much put together, I just need help installing it. I had failure on the first one, so now I am a little nervous to try and install this one.
