another location for EF main relay???

Default another location for EF main relay???

other than next to the hood latch has anyone seen the main relay somewhere else on an ef mine is not there.

its a 91 canadian civic EF. car wont start and the relay is not where it usually is. and i cant fucking find it its really pissing me off

its above front the hood latch.. like up under the front part of the left dash..

ya i found it on my own before i saw this, and yes it looks like a motha fucka to get at, thankfully that wasnt the problem.

thanks though. had a bad ground but i found it and fixed it now car turns over but wont start, but fuel and ignition are working fine i checked them.

^ still check the main relay...!!!

its easy to get out.. remove the one bottom panel to the dash that clips off..

then take out the 1 10mm bolt all the way to the left bottom of the dash... the you can pull the dash forward a tad at the bottom so you can reach the bolt with a socket...

check the relay for any solder breaks it happens allot!



I just bought a crx from an old guy.. car hasent ran in a year.. fixed the main relay at his house and drove it home..
