Look this is the problem. I have a 98 acura cl with a 2.3 vtec F23. Its automatic and I need to find out if the tranny is interchangeable with the other Fseries motors. I know a lot of the manual transmissions are but im nbot sure about the auto. ones. Also I know it has to be obd-2 cause the 98 tranny has more sensors then the obd-1 trannies. Please lmk if a 96+ accord or prelude tranny will fit. Or if an automatic H22 tranny will fit cause I think I have a buddy that has one... Please help

 

if im not mistaken i believe they all interchange, not sure about flywheels and tourqe converters though

 

ALLLLLL F SERIES ARE COMPATIBLE even the F20B LSD tranny thats a Nice conversion

i had the shitty F series auto tranny and switched it 5spd

the auto is toooo weak and has no ass,, they do sell a 5:11 stall converter for that tranny on ebay,, i had it worked nice till the tranny fell apart lmao..

 

The point is I know they bolt up but which ones will work in my 98 acura cl body... they dont all work like a da tranny wont work in a dc, etc...
