Default Throttlebody......

Is it better to get a bigger Throttlebody like a 68mm then a 66mm? Is bigger always better in this case? Would the AEM cold air intake still hook up to the Throttlebody with the larger size?

bigger is not always better. it depends how much air your engine can flow. if u get too big of a throttle body at a low rpm itll feel sluggish. and, im sure the aem will fit, and if it doesnt buy a bigger rubber connector

Do you know why mine is really sticky its almost stuck closed. What causes that i took off my ITM to sale and I was playing with the throttlecable and realized that it was stuck and so i took a hammer and hit the throttlecable to open it. Now its just really sticky when it closes. Should I just get a new one?
What should I do? Do it need to be replaced?

No man this thing was stuck you couldnt use your finger to pop it lose to open I had to you force. Its fine now and i do have to get a new throttle cable anyways since mine is cut. How do you clean your Throttlebody out. Just a rag? Is there a safe cleaner I could use so lquid doesnt drain down inside?

too big of a throttle body and you will get over the efficiency rate needed. u can clean the TB with some brake parts cleaner.

It's normal to a point but I don't see how yours could have gotten that bad. Regardless, the TB doesn't need replacing. Just spray some carb cleaner onto a rag and wipe done the bore.
