the motors only worth 350 thats what i sell them for . with rods and pistons and a head and valvetrain and cams , a2 pump its a badass motor most setups around here make 240-280 hp , but stock a4 like 160 i think ,if you get that motor you'll still need a tranny,flywheel+bolts,pressure plate+bolts ,mounts,axles,kpro,02-04 motor harness,charging harness,fuel setup, crv mount bracket, header , primary o2 sensor,slave cyliner and clutch line , shifter box (i got 9 of them holla if you need one ) , shifter cables , type s half shaft and throttle body and harness conversion

Ill give ya 100-150 for the trans depending on what it looks like. That puts you around 200 for the motor. good deal. The trans will not work for you swap.
