Crappy MPG!?

Default Crappy MPG!?
Where should i start troubleshooting this 20 mpg issue with my Integra? It does have high comp. LS motor with aftermarket intake and tuned, but milage suddenly started dropping and is rich--just need ideas.

check the tune, weather can change a/f's a lot
