You have two options to do this correctly:

1. Remove the windshield. Separate the entire front sheet metal and unibody from the firewall forward. Then drill/cut the original firewall from the car. After that, reassemble the entire front on the car by welding at all the original seams and spot wends. Next is the rewiring and replumbing of the brake and fuel lines (on the inside of the car and engine bay). At sometime the seam sealer has to be reapplied and the metal has to primed and painted. Then it needs to be aligned.

2. Remove the windshield. Cut the body in half at the A-pillars beneath the front seats. Then weld the entire front clip in place. To do this accurately, it should be performed on a frame jig. A lot or time on a frame jig is expensive. Then plumbing, wiring, sealing, painting, and alignment. This way is less ideal than the first method as welding the A-pillars and floor is not as strong. Also, the suspension/steering alignment will not be as good with this method. There will probably not be enough of the A-pillars remaining to perform the conversion this way anyhow.

I probably left out some steps but, this was off the top of my head. I can't think of any quality shop that will perform this work for $1900.

i know two shop that have done conversion on over 100 cars not just honda 240sx's honda fit's and they charge from 1400-1700 depending if you want shit shaved and painted and that type of stuff using method one. One shop has quoted me at 1850 including painting the whole engine bay candy purple. also there been alot of people that have done this conversion in there own backyards and have come out good i am not saying i going go to a backyard people but a shop that has experience.
If you want me to give you there info i will becuase people you been talking have been raping your wallet or your trying to rap people wallets

and the issue about wiring. What problem are you talking about becuase the rhd clip brings all the wiring from the eg6. all the eg6 bring a b16 stock so there will be no wiring issue

$1400-$1700?
That hardly covers a decent paintjob with an average amount of body work.
