looking for mobile honda tech!!!!!!!

looking for a mobile tech with experience in doing swaps on honda's.
i have a 91 accord that me and my bro in law swapped an f20b euro r into,
the motor starts but idles really funny and when you try to accelerate
its as if the car does not want to suck any air or its getting to much air!
really need some help on this one! give me a call or text me! oh one more
thing i stay in the riverview area!

let me know how much you would charge to fix the problem!
