just got a 91 dx shell that i was told has a jumper harness to make it obd 1 and it came with a p28 computer, i looked at it never saw one before seemd cleanly done.

now my question is if u want to put in an obd 1 engine and i have this jumper harness thing do i still have to do the dx to si swapover stuff, or i just get an obd1 ready engine with harness and distrib on it and plug the shit in

i have never swapped car to obd1 before so i dont want to do something stupid. i have wired up the obd 0 shit a few times. so any help would be appreaciated like tell me what i need to buy or should buy or do for best results. i want my swap to have 0 codes when i start it.

 

it had a running mini-me in it before i got the shell if that helps at all
