^ DO NOT do like in the picture...on the underside you will see a lip where the metal was crimped and welded together...you have to cut that section out and the camber kit will just barely clear. I had to do it with my EF. Do not switch sides with the kit either.

The skunk2 kit pushes the upper ball joint out quite a bit further and even if you aren't "slamming" the car it will still make contact with the section I am referring to.

This is the area I am talking about...cut the part that the arrows are pointing to flush. You only have to cut out enough to clear the ball joint section.

It was sarcasm towards you getting technical over 'shock tower' and 'tire well'

i was getting technical because i suspected it was the factory pinch weld that was causing the issue and maybe not the shock tower. so i wanted to get to the bottom of it and find was was causing the problem so we could help him.

Eg/Dc kit not curved back and the end is closed

Ef kit see how its kinda curved and the end is open

Get the correct kit and nothing will need to be cut

I had the EF kit in my EF and it still needed modification. I do know that skunk2 released a new model of them within the last year though...I bought mine about 3 years ago.
