Default h22 turbo eg low oil pressure please help

When she starts up in the morning oil is like 100 as I drive and car gets warmer, oil pressure drops to 0 has rough idle. when I press the gas it shoots up again. What can be the problem?

does the oil light in the dash come on when it drops to 0?
what kind of balancer do u have?
i wouldnt run the car with no oil pressure

your problem sounds just like something that happened to me a few months ago. turns out my oil pump went bad due to a cheap aftermarket balancer. had Collin over at racingintegration drop the pan and my oil pump drive was in pieces. thankfully i turned off the car immediately when my pressure dropped to 0 and never started it again. had it towed to his shop. he noticed that i had a cheap aftermarket balancer on it and replaced it with a stock piece and a new oem oil pump. he also checked the bottom end and everything was ok. he said i got lucky. been running fine ever since

I'm assuming you are using a mechanical oil pressure gauge, if that indeed is the case my bet is on the oil pump.

I tested the pressure using an external pressure gauge and when the mechanical one drops to 0 the external reads 15-20 PSI so Im assuming my gauge is the problem and not the pump.

If i remember correctly those guages (ebay) were junk Bobby went with.

Id def check/use a guage that you KNOW is good.

Your oil pump was brand new from Honda when originally installed so it should still be flawless !
