Default Bogging/Hesitation Below 4K????

95 Del Sol S. D15B7.

Just replaced cap, rotor, plugs, wires. About to replace fuel filter.
ICM Tested Fine. Pulled it and had them test it at autozone.

When accelerating the car is way down on power, hesitating/bogging until around 4k when it totally comes to life and takes off.
Idles fine. Starts right up every time. No CEL.
Can anyone help me narrow down the culprit?

if it only happens in close loop, try and disconnect the plug right under the top radiator coolant hose on the head.. it should make it go away.. atleast it did in my friends b16... if it goes away change the sensor.. btw not the one w one wire,,, its the bigger one that has two wires, they are next to each other under the top coolant hose..

Not really sure what you're talking about. I see a plug for the o2 sensor and another connector for the harness and thats about it. Nothing with one wire going to it and no sensor. There is a sensor under the distributor, but thats about it.
