can a heat be made or does any1 make a heatshield for headers
I'm looking to add a heatshirld to my hytech rep header to save some heat from my ac system does any1 make a kit or some1 that can build 1 for it?

if your going to go through all that why not just wrap it? it will be alot cooler in engine bay

yes it can be made. I saw one in a pic from another eg... but I would be unable to tell you who made it and/orif a company actually sells some. But they exist!

Well don't really want to wrap it I like my clean enginebay and wrap just looks nasty I been trying to find a jdm heatshield that would be perfect maybe lht can fab me something...

If you wrap it right it looks good. use the black wrap

and seal it with the black high temp paint. I see so many people that dont seal it and it usually ends up looking like shit.

Thats how I did mine and its been their for about 1.5 years and starting to fade a little but, Iv never resealed it and had it under the fire of a pressure washer many times.

thanks for all the input i guess i will wrap it just ordered the 100" wrap so i think i will wrap each alone then wrap the whole thing together hope it works
