So everything was fine with car till you got it tuned? Did you burn over chip or do you still have basemap? Put basemap back in and see if problem goes away. Maybe a tuning issue?

I tuned the car. It's definately NOT a tuning issue. The car was turned off and on a minimum of 15 times during the tuning. No issue(s). If anything it's an ecu and/or wiring issue

yeah, as alpha said, if it were tune related, problems would have started during or shortly after the tune. Car drives great in every respect since the tune, and alpha has been very helpful and great in helping me work out this matter. It's just the freaking idle... grrr

Been busy with work, but still investigating sensor that took a crap and wiring for now. I am confident we will figure it out shortly! If all sensors are good, then it may be the ecu and we can always put a stock one or other one in to see if it impacts idle and take it from there.

DONE!! FINALLY!
I will post a quick video of the part that was messing up a lil later, but it's fixed!!
HOORAH!

BIG thanks to
- T&C racing for his hard work
- Alpha for coming out and helping me troubleshoot!
- FrodoGT for your input!

here is the culprit: broken fitv. I don't think it should be "rattling" like that!!

Yup, the internals of the FITV tend to work themselves apart..but can usually be put right back together and tightened down and work just fine again!

Told ya, bottom port to the fitv was just one massive vacuum leak
