well I kinda am getting board with the civic I would love to do a B18b swap into it but I dot have the money for it I will have $1k in about a month to put into it but Im just not to sure what I want to invest it into I need tint $150,need my muffler put on $35,A/C $70, and some other shit I would like to get the car in to 14's or close to it...so far I just have the basic bolt on's intake,msd cap,fpr,strut bar,bla,bla,bla same old shit it's running a flat 16 right now with some bad sand baging...also i will be getting some tokico blue's FINALY!!! so that should put a nice stop to the bagging...but at this point if anyone has any good bolt on's that they have put on there D16z6 let me know so ruffly my budget is$700 I need a header,pully's,cam gear,
and stuff so if there is anything you have had good responce from let me know I just need some other input besides my own for a while...
and I know someone is going to post "well get a DOHC"so I will state one more time my budget is $700

If you only have 700 get a Zex or Nitrous Express kit. That will take a sec or two off your time with money left over. Its not bad for the engine and you can still upgrade with other parts. The only thing that you don't want to do is run anything thats going to advance the timing. With Zex you can get an extra 75hrs. More bang for the buck.

 

I second that. Get nitrous and be happy.

 

buy an older 1.6 motor and put that int here. the car should hit a 14.9 and will last forever. Notice there is alot of those 1st gen b16's running around and those thing are how many years old?

 

do a minor fuel upgrade and toss some nos on it
