97 3.0 CL - Speed sensor location?!
I'm trying to find the vehicle speed sensor on a 3.0 CL; where is it?!

Maybe doesn't apply to your car,
but when it's not visible on top of the tranny, sometimes it is accessed from the bottom. 2 bolts and some wires plug into it.....-Bob

It is located on the back side of the engine/transmission just about where they join. You will have to remove the intake snorkel to be able to touch it. It is way down low and is barely visable from above
