Question multi cylinder misfire

TR I need some help I am haveing all four cylinders misfire on my 96 integra ls and I cant figure out what could cause it to continue to misfire. I put new distributor about 7 months ago. Also I put new wires, plugs, cap rotor, fuel filter, the pumps comes on when it get ready to start the car. The only thing I havent changed yet is ecu and injectors but could all of them go bad at once. The mises alot at idle and my a/f guage is goes more to lean so could all four of my injectors be bad. Also if that is the case is it better replacing them or takeing them some where to get them cleaned out at a shop. Also when driving when the car reaches forth gear it gets really sluggish and sometimes hard to accelarate. Has anyone had this problem before and any step to get it out of the way cause I am getting ready to do my 5 speed conversion and would like to fix both things at the same time. So any info will help in getting this car in better condition. Also checked the coolant and there is no mixture of coolant in the oil.

timing??? what condition are the plugs in? i know you said you replaced them but have you checked them since you installed them to see how the engine is running? do a leak down test if your timing is right.

keep us updated
