will a b16 oilpan fit type r block need help

Negative. You need a a "p72" oil pan. Is either from a b18c1 or a b18c5 or any jdm/edm b18c. The b16/ls oil pan don't clear the girdle.

Like yaro said does not fit,only way to make it fit is removeing the windage tray and hammering down alil on the oilpan. U can buy new p73/p27 at autozone for about 120$
