Yeah I figured that much. I've just always been used to getting full suspension with threaded bodies, etc so I haven't really had to worry about piecing it together.

As low as you can get isn't always the best idea once you go past a certain point your just going to make your car handle worse, I was actually having a discussion about this earlier today, your factory suspension just isn't made to be that low. But if your going just for looks than more power to you slam it.

But as far as you question goes I don't know i haven't done any research myself to see what springs will lower my car the most.

ground control sleeves, drop zone or sk2 its you best choice...

depending you your driving style and how low you make your car, your stock struts will be fine for a while.. but when they go i would go with some nice shocks.

well yeah i know this. i am one for both side of it, put them on their nuts, or handle decently. i wanted coils so i could do both, when i wanted. but i'm putting my money into my photography stuff, but have a little extra to play with so i just wanna lower my car a tad at the very least, but go semi-low too. so i'll look into all the options, still have some time.

Neuspeed race's are pretty low. You say you want semi-low, how low is that? 2"? More? Less?

From what I'm seeing as far as the advertised measurements go, I'm thinking at LEAST 2"

1 1/2" is about right for street lowering.

My Accord sits 3" lower than stock.....seen by hundreds of people at meets........with no blown shocks....with no beaten up suspension.....with no eaten tires..........but I seem to be the only one on TR who can precisely measure a suspension before modifying the springs.-Bob

Yeah, I know. I've heard you say, and write that sentence verbatim, oh, maybe 1000 times. Seriously.

I understand where you are coming from, but, I'm not about that, I don't care how it handles, doesn't handle, does/doesn't ride, etc, for my daily usage. It's staying stock for the time being, until I find what I want/can afford and I'll go from there.

I'm also not painting half my car black to make it look lower, either.
