wideband o2 sensor how far from the turbo ??

Question wideband o2 sensor how far from the turbo ??

how far the wideband sensor need to be of the turbo friend told me 2ft thats not to far ??

I think it should be from like 10" to 2 feet is alright.

12-18" from the outlet on the turbo is what i usually run.

I install them in stock location (obd1) on downpipe.

too far isn't really a factor, any tuner using a wand has to stick it up the tail pipe anyway. just don't mount it too close and your fine.

EVERYWHERE I have read stated to never install an o2 sensor past 45 degrees from top center of pipe. I always put mine directly on top of piping.
