weird tapping noise from the head Help me

i got a b16 with a fuilt gsr built head it got crower valves dual spring and stage2 skunk 2 cams well on a cold start i got a weird tapp coming from the head sound like the valves are tapping but when like after 5 min they go away can anybody help me

Simply have your valve clearance checked.
If you are unsure on how to do this properly, have a professional do it.
