no man he's legit. Hes one of the top tuners in the area. The best I know around here doing ecu and tranny work. I've dealt with him multiple times on my cars and frinds cars.

+1 for Neal! I have dealt with him many times. He is on the shop directory too. Its NS racing. He is one of the best guys around for anything Honda related.
