usally theres a small box that hooks up to it for the airbag on the passgener side of the dash.

 

ok so pictures have been fixed.. and to make it clear this is located in between the passenger & driver seats , right below the cigarrete lighter, behind the cup holders (obviously they have been taken out), oh yeah and my SRS light is on

i tried looking for it, but couldnt find one..

2 wires in the connector. yup

so, leave it at that?? or does it need to be hooked up to anything

does this mean that stupid light is going to stay on forever? lol it frustrates me

 

im almost postive, you can buy a box off of someone but then you have to buy the some exact passgener side airbag to that box. or you can just take the bulb out of the gauge cluster and your good to go

 

Whatever you do if you do get the box and decide to reconnect it be sure to take both battery terminals off the battery to ensure that there is no power left in the car, failure to do this could end up with deployed air bags.

And yes yellow plugs are for srs on all cars equipped with it.

 

FOUND IT!! the female side of the connector was stuck behind the dash. the sad part is that even after i connected it the SRS light was still on.. so iguess im just going to have to take the bulb out

is it 2 gray or green wires?? if it is, thats you MES connector (Memory Erase Signal) for the SRS module http://www.dubovsky.com/projects/srslight/ how to reset the SRS light.. Some car makers like any german maker, you can access the airbags or any other module in the car thru the OBDII port. If any one wanted to know

 

Yeah, there is 2 gray cables, i will try this tomorrow as its too dark now . THANKS!
