Default fuse question..

Hey guys,

My front passenger turning light is not running at all when my lights are on, but when I turn on the turn signal, it blinks. My front driver side turning/running light is working properly, as in it is solid when my turn signal is off, but blinks when I have the turning signal on.

I think its a fuse issue? But I have looked on the fuse boxes under the dash and under the hood and such but all I see are the high/low beams and such. What other name might this fuse be under? or might this be a wiring issue?

Thanks in advance.

First check the easiest thing.. Like the bulbs. Before digging through your cars wiring.

It's probably a dual filament bulb, and only one of the filaments burned out. Happens all the time, take the bulb out and they usually look burnt.
