Will new wheels affect my speedo?

Im getting 16 enkeis for the rex in about a week and i wanna know if its gonna cause any problems with my speedometer reading correctly. I have the stock 14 alloys on now.

depends on what tires you get and no matter what it should do much more then 3mph above or below
