Saw these pictures and this thing is sick, anyone know what kind of front end conversion this is?

Thats what i figured, friend with a CRX saw it and wanted to see if it was like.. a known conversion or something cause he liked it.

No conversion,

Im pretty sure its the euro style 'evil eye' hood.

Welded pieces of metal to extend over the headlights like eyebrows..
