Hey all-
I am getting ready to buy my first car. I am hard into imports and have been into cars in general since probably 4 years old when I started watchin F1. So dont think im some kid who saw Fast and the Furious and thinks he knows everything now. But anyways back to the point. I want to go Turbo no doubts about it but I wanna know which you guys think would be better(reliable faster kick more ass in street races etc.) A turbo GS-R or a civic coupe with a turbo GS-R engine transplanted in it...Please tell me Pros and Cons to each one if you can!! Thanks!! And when i do get a car look forward to meeting some of you guys on weekends hehe

ALso..I was thinking of getting the DRAG Gen. III Turbo kit because Ive seena dyno chart that says 283.3 hp at the wheels and I havent seen anything better.....does anyone else have suggestions for a good turbo kit? IMO Greddy sucks at turbos considering on some applications they only give you 60 extra hp!!!!

will be cheaper to insure if you go with the coupe and b18c swap cause your vin number will be from a civic. integras arent light by any means either. integras look better though and with a GSR youll get better handling and a better tranny.

actually the greddy kit IS THE BEST !! its just the best streetable kit (the mosy realiable) sucks ass when get an the track and pull high numbers. the gen 3 is just a big combination of different companies parts. im probaly going with the gen 3 also. theres alot of money involved with turbocharging.
i say get a civic cx and a b18c b18c5 b16b. if you really want to rape some poeple h22a. a h22a cx hatch should keep up with most all turbo-charged cars. what it is 210hp with 180 tq ??
with i/h/e you wont need to worry about turbo.

As far as I knew I thought h22 swaps didnt do well in civics and CRXs cause of the weight issues and such. I could be wrong though.
