Default obd0 pcv ?

ok befor I got this car the guy befor had took out the pcv and took the two hose coming from that box on the back of the block and ran them to a gator aid bottle .then he had the hose that ran from the intake pluged it. at the valve cover was a hose with a plug in it .I put a filter on it but now the thing blows like a quart of oil into the bottle every 25 laps.one more thang when we changed oil put 4 quarts in and was a quart low .found out the dipstick is shorter than my 93 integra by the way this is a 90 integra. would think it needs a rebuild but with all the jacking around with the crankcase presure system .could it be something with that .

First off, a 90 and 93 integra have the same length dipstick. Get the correct one for the motor.

Second, the pcv system should be connect like this...

Hose from middle of intake runs down to the valve which will sit in the circular metal bracket between runners 3 and 4 on the intake manifold right next to the head. This hose attaches to the top of the pcv valve. Underneath the PCV valve, a hose runs from there to the box...looking straight down at the box, the hose goes to the right hole.

As for the valve cover, you can run just a little breather filter deal on that and be fine. With the amount of blow-by you are having I would NOT connect it to the intake arm like the factory setup is done as you will be blowing oil back into the intake manifold causing higher intake temperatures and more chance for detonation and sparkplug fouling.

Buy a helms/haynes manual...why do I have to say this in about every other post I make on here...

so the only thing that could cause that much blowby would be rings ?

Yes and no...could be caused by the pcv valve system being jacked with. Set it back to the way a helms or haynes manual shows.
