Ok.. Before I begin, I just want to let you know the only experience I have with the Honda scene is when I owned my 2001 S2000 and it was a fun time. The motor was bone stock and It ran quite fast and agile for the car it was. My question is (i no longer have the car cause I sold it) can I achieve over 200hp all motor from a DOHC swap. I was doing a bit research and found that a B18c is from a Integra type-r and it puts out 210 bhp. That's pretty close to the 240hp that my old S2000 put out. I want to put this motor in a 92-95 civic sedan. I want a swap that will put out over 200hp and maintain keeping my a/c. Anyone have any advice on where I can find a motor to give me the same or similar Horsepower that my old s2000 gave me. I remember getting Burnt by hatches all the time , wondering what they had under the hood. So now I wanna be that guy. haha. well any Professional or personal input is highly valued as well as what trans I will need in a 92-95 civic sedan. Thank you all and God bless. go full gsr .. its all about the weight of the car s2000 are really heavy
and gsr arent all that expensive

Oh ok, thank you. Im kinda a newb to swaps, so a gsr is a stock acura integra gsr motor? How much HP does it put out? I really want to be faster than a s2000, it just feels like i'm upgrading then. you know. thanks for the input.

man i have a friend a ek 4door stock gsr and he stayes next to a stock s2000 all day,,, they put out about 180hp

and yes if u pull it str8 out of an integra u dont have to change anytime use all the mounts and linkage from the integra ,,,if u want a swap shared_pm me ur number and we can talk about some prices installed and all

b20vtec with a gsr tranny is the best way to go
you need that torque cause you got a 4door
you would make 210 easy with this set up

oh wow. That's sounds like a good swap. Gsr tranny , are they expensive? Also b20vtec? Is that a frankenstein motor?

b20vtec? What does it take to build one? And about how much, any motor mount mods need to be done?

yea it is but its real common now adays and like homie said they are the k series killas...u need the b20 bottom end the vtec kit is like 100 bucks,then u need the tranny and head..real simple

oh ok, so there's a v-tec kit? What v-tec head? from what motor, any honda motor? are the heads universal when it comes to frankenstein?
