I have a 3rd Gen B20A5 out of a Prelude. It was pulled from a running prelude. The transmission is a hydrolic D2J5. If you looking for the best in LS/VTEC setups a spare motor or a good b20 block this is it. Im asking $400 for everything. Shipping from freight dock to another dock close to you will be $150. Your more then welcome to pick it up in Arizona if your near by. I give no warranties expressed or implied. This is a good motor. Everything is included. Mounts starter on engine wiring harness ect.

Too many headaches and a really shitty RS ratio.
If you got the urge however you can pull one yourself for around $200 from a U-pull it yard. They are pretty common.

you guys are funny. its been done before. not very reliable though. it does put down good numbers to the wheels. im thinking about doing it myself with my b21. i know a guy that used to make kits but no longer does cause he said its a pain in the ass if you dont know what youre doing. but he is willing to help for like $30-$40/hr on installation. which is pretty cheap. itll cost in the $1500 range. so if you want 50%+ hp increase and have the money then its worth it. but if you dont have the money then no. unless you can get to a junk yard buy a complete vtec head and drill oil lines for a lot cheaper and get evertyhing else to make it run. the b18 b17 or h22 will not work. at least it hasnt been done before. its been looked at and deamed undoable.

Is it possible to take the stroked crank (and probably rods) from a B20A and install them into a B20B(Z)? I was under the assumption it could be done and would bring displacement up to around 2.2L. Add a VTEC and better pistons and assuming the crank and rods hold up it seems like it would be a kick ass torque monster!
