HELP!!!! pulley bolt will not come off!!!!

im changing the timing belt on my 91 integra ls the damn bolt will not come off! i use an impact wrench turned it all the way up but it will not budge. as i recall im sure its not reverse tread correct? what else can i do to get it off?

try using a breaker bar if you have one... if not try to steal a pipe from your vaccum cleaner if you can and put the ratchet inside it... thats what i use... anything for more leverage...

i tried that too with a big old breaker bar would not budge.... need help bad!!!!
