Default Honda Guru help needed.. 97 Accord hard start...

Hi all..

As many of you have seen I have been bringing a 97 accord back from the dead.. post is in members rides..

Anyways. This just started to happen in the last few days...

I go to start the car this morning. and it just keeps turning over and over... no fire at all.. then after say 30 sec of cranking it starts to sputter but you still have to keep the key to start or it straight dies out...

but once it chugs along for a few secs it clears up and idles fine.. and drives fine all day... Still has good power and moves fine..

then I went to work with it today.. Same shit.. when I went to leave..

Things i have replaced already...

plugs, Cap, Rotor, Fuel filter.. timing belt, water pump ( maintenance not for the problem )

I just cant seem to figure it out.. maybe coil or fuel pump????

Im getting new plug wires tomorrow.. is there any way to test if the coil is bad or maybe the igniter???

anyone?

By the way the car was sitting for around 3 years before i started working on it..

check fuel pressure, pump filter. is there old gas in the tank? injectors/fuel rail could be clogged.

^ not that.. Already re flowed the Main relay... Changed the plug wires and it ran better.. left it sit after i went to work.. and same Bullshit.. wont start for a bit..

Almost feels as the motor has no compression.. starter turns the motor over really fast..

Im almost at the give up stage..

Once the car starts it runs great.. no smoke no Bs.. it always starts right back up if the motor is warm...

im lost..
