theres a lot of different ways to make a kill switch....you can put a switch on like ten different wires and your shit isnt gonna start lol doesnt matter though if someone wants your shit bad enough they will get it ...just to keep honest people honest

bro if someone wanted it bad enough they would get it everyone knows that...doesnt matter doesnt mean that theyle take it from your house you act like you never leave your car out in public ive seen peoples shit taken from theyre garages while they were asleep even could go as far as jacking you while your walking to your car or at a light.. not like you have a lambo and someone would go through all of that for your shit im just being sensible about the subject you cannot always be there to protect your shit i know i cant thats why i have insurance i hate how people think that they are invincible to shit like nothing will happen to them but in reality it happens everyday all day

Does it help I live far from tampa lol

I get what your saying but to me a car is a car...yea it would suck if it get's stolen but I highly doubt anyone would steal mine nor go through the trouble of doing so...especially since nobody on TR knows where I live.

You can't even see my house or car from the road. And my gate you have to have an opener that is coded to it to open it.

As for us getting into this tangent...someone posted something about using the clutch switch as a starter kill switch.

I think what most people overlook with this issue is that it isn't the switch causing the problem, it is usually the rubber piece the pushes the switch in. They fall apart often and a simple 12mm bolt and nut fix the problem and will never wear out.

Also, along the lines of making it easier while working on your car to reach in and turn the key to start it...you can also just jump the starter from the engine bay.

I don't have to push my clutch in to start my car. It's been that way since I bought it.
