If you bore your block does the headgasket size matter???

Depends on the amount you bore. On a b series block that starts at 81mm you can bore it to about 82mm before you have to get custom bore head gaskets. I'd say rule of thumb for honda is 1mm over before you need the head gasket.

^+1 i use stock on up to 82mm and stock on 84mm but for 84.5-85mm aftermarket
