just look it over top to bottom, and find where you see oil dripping. most likely it's a main seal. but have you seen any blue smoke?

you said you checked the cam seal ring did you check the actual cam seal. come times it leaks and you cant see it cuz of the timing cover

Mine was leaking and it was the crankshaft seal. But there's no way to tell without lookon, take it to someone to look it over for you.

clean it off competely and drive it a day or 2 and see if you can spot it out. and when u did the oil pan gasket did u put silicone in the corners? i made that mistake once and my crap single cam is still leaking cuz of that.

purple power degreaser and a DIY car wash. spray everything down, wait 5 minutes, the pressure rinse. jack it up and spray the bottom of the engine too. make sure there are you employees around because they frown upon this. also dont do this if any of your wiring is hacked or if your dizzy cap doesnt have a seal. then drive it home, by the time you get there you should be able to see the leak.
