ok i got a b16 with gsr cams in it..what does it do? make it better or worse..i got the motor like this and i dont know if it helps..and also i have adj. cam gears..what should i put them to? + or -..if anybody knows what a good setting for them would be i would app it. and what is a good set of cams for a b16? what is the best for all motor?

it all depends on what your build can handle. If its a stock b16 i would go with type r/itr/ctr cams or skunk 2 tuner series

 

^ +1 but the GSR's are a healthy upgrade over the B16's. But tuner S2's would be your best choice w/o overcamming. Also don't adjust the cam gear setting unless having car tuned, you may lose power without a source of comparison.

 

gsr's are just slightly bigger than a b16 cam but like ^^^ they said ctr or itr cams are your best oem to go with and skunk2 for aftermarket. and for cam gears on a b16 -1 degree on intake cam and +2 on exhaust cam helps with bottom end pull since b16 has no torque..
