hey guys i got a 91 Integra RS with a B18a1 5 speed, if i try to drive when the car is cold it gets up to about 2500 rpms and dosnet want to go any faster like its dying out but as soon as the car warms up i dont have any problems the only code its throwing is 43 Fuel Supply Syste. any ideas would be helpful

 

Check ur fuel pressure regulator , and make sure ur o2 sensor is working properly my car does the same thing its very sluggish when cold but its because i have no o2 at all
