What r the best spark plugs for a b16?

NGK in #6 heat range for stock thats what I use. If you wanna pay more you can always get the Denso Iridium.

is that just a normal NGK PLUG its not an NGK R or anything like that? and whats the full part number if u know by any chance?

NGK BRK6E-N11. You can find these at Napa Advance Auto Parts or Monarch.com(?). They had it in stock at the Napa Main Store in Tampa the other places can order it for you. I think it was a little over $2 a piece.
