the ECU is in Limp Mode. disconnect your battery and wait 30 seconds and then reconnect it.

my lag is your courtesy head start
ATTENTION.... installing a head gasket, head studs or pistons and rods in your otherwise STOCK engine dose not make it a "built" engine! stop listing you cars for sale saying they are built when its not!!

I dont think its your TPS. TPS stands for "Throttle Position Sensor" aka How much you have the gas down. If its not clocked correctly, you will have problems when your light on the gas, the car will kinda shut on and off because thats exactly what the injectors are doing. Like someone mentioned it seems like your ECU is in LIMP or SAFE mode. Did it get wet? I would try a different ECU and what the man before me stated.
