Swap Problems

Default Swap Problems

I just swapped a D16z6 into my Eg Hatch back and i connected all the wires and sensors and Hoses but then when i try to turn it on it cranks but it seems to get no spark and it looks like i have a extra sensor left to plug in its under my dizzy its just a free sensor plug i have no idea where it goes. Can someone help me out and tell me what could be wrong and i just fried my ecu trying to start it to so i think i need a new ecu but not sure which one ill pay if someone can help me get it started my number is 727-688-3855 (Jack) im located in St pete

you cant just fry an ecu like that, take pics of the plug thats left so i can identify it. if you have no spark you need to check your dizzy

what happened whas it didnt fry right away we switched 2 sensors on the IM and then tried to crank it and it fried so i need a new ecu we checked the engine check light and it says its the intake are temp or something like that and we still got nothing but im out a ECU right now but everything cranks just no spark or anything ill take pics and post.

u switched the IAT plug with the Evap plug frying Q31 on ur ecu, its no big deal. Your ECU will be fine. Your problem is elsewhere.
