i got a EG coupe with a z6 in it...at like 1800 rpms it revs up and down but right after that it runs perfect and at idel it runs perfect...is it something with the tps or the iac vavle?
and also the vtec doesnt work...i tested the solinoid and it clikcs...i have it idel and manuely turn it on and it does not make the car idel down or shut off like others ive worked on..any help on that?

check for codes , sounds like a vacumm leak or iac valve

 

ive had the same problem for like for ever i dont even pay attention to it no more.. lol let it rev up and down!! lol
