Thats not the route you want to go. We put together a vortech s2k a while back and tuned it on aem at 12psi and it was dirt slow.

hmmm. ok, well i guess a well put together kit would be the optimal idea. but the hondata setup alone is 1750! damn, i miss the days of john chipping a p28 with uberdata for 175! lol

Yea man don't waste your time with the silly N/A mods...just save the loot and go turbo if you want to be faster. But if you must tinker with it, the first mod you do should be seat locks and an alarm. Trust me.

I have tuned a couple of s2ks on anything from afcs to aem ems etc. I have also dynoed a bunch of stock s2ks etc. Honestly, the gains to be found from expensive headers, intake, exhaust and a tune are limited (10 whp). 10 whp is 10 whp. For the thousands of dollars spend to get these items, I would much rather have a turbo kit on the car. L8er, John. |
