Default Spindle

Ok im replacing my spindle and i have everything off but the bottom bolt on the spindle, i got the nut off but the spindle wont pop out. iv tried a hammer, jacking it up on it, a fork seperater everything and it wont come off. anyone have an suggestions or should i just take it to a shop?

Go rent an actual ball joint popper. It goes on and you tighten it with an impact gun or socket and it pops the ball joint right out. Or with the fork separator that you already have make sure it is going in all the way(or the right size one)... you may need to hit it harder. Chances are you will need to replace that ball joint once you get it out.

use a bigger hammer. Not one with the hook on the back side.

Heat it up. We torch the bolt and then smack them and they pop right out. Don't melt the rubber boot though. If they were installed correctly they would juts pop right off without a fork.

i have already torn it up. the spindle is no good so im doing whatever to get it out

use a ball joint separator fork if that can do it npthing can

It needs to be heated up and you grow some muscles lol...they will come apart with a pickle fork, lots of heat from a handheld torch, and some muscles.
