gotta rim offset question for ya!?!?

Yeah i want them to have that lip when they curve back. I dont want them to look flat faced. I would prefer without the body work like fender rolling and camber. What would be the most without doing that? If i did roll te fenders etc how can i do and how much does it cost to roll? And what offset will i be able to do then? Well nice offset not like 15 lol

I know most steelies are +39..

And jesus those wheels look like 0 offset. They must be like 9+" wide.
