I'm going to go with probably not due to the opening size of the hose and the size of the in/outlets you will be connecting to.

When a b series swap is done into a d series engine bay - for lack of a better term - often times the installer will some how mod the hose that goes from the head into the radiator by putting a smaller piece of hose inside the b series hose. Maybe that isn't correct way of doing it but I have seen it done.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
